Adam Foote is a former professional ice hockey player from Canada. He and his wife, Jennifer, have two sons who both played for the Western Hockey League’s Kelowna Rockets. Adam Foote was also the former head coach of the Rockets, With physical presence and gritty play, Adam Foote considered to be the appropriate man to play as a defenceman. Adam Foote started his ice hockey journey playing in minor leagues, such as the Ontario Hockey League. He then started his professional career in 1989 as he was drafted by the Quebec Nordiques. This was a great opportunity for him to play in the National Hockey League and Adam Foote played for four seasons with the Nordiques. Adam Foote also won his first Stanley Cup with the Avalanche twice. He also had several international games as Adam Foote played in the Winter Olympics and the World Cup.
