Bob Mckenzie is a hockey commentator based in Canada. As a commentator, he has covered hockey since 1986, the time when Bob Mckenzie joined TSN. The commentator provided sports analysis for NHL on TSN telecasts and others. Bob Mckenzie was born in Toronto, Canada, and got a full-time job at The Sault Star in 1979 after completing his studies. With his background in the broadcasting and journalism industries, he was offered an editor-in-chief post at The Hockey News, where he stayed for nine years. Due to his dedication to the industry, Bob Mckenzie won the Gemini Award for Best Studio Analyst as well as the Elmer Ferguson Memorial Award. Bob Mckenzie had three sons with his wife, Cindy. His sons are also known to play hockey.
