Chris Phillips is a former professional ice hockey player from Canada. In addition to his playing career, Chris Phillips is also a businessman and co-owns Big Rig Brewery, which is a microbrewery that is named after his on-ice nickname. Throughout his playing career, Chris Phillips stayed with the Ottawa Senators, which made him the longest-serving player of the team. He started in the 1997-1998 season until the 2015-2016 season. Chris Phillips played as a defenceman during his NHL career. In addition to his NHL career, Chris Phillips also played for Team Canada at the World Junior Ice Hockey Championships in 1996. He also played for Team Canada at the 2005 IIHF World championship and 2009 IIHF World Championship. Chris Phillips lives in Ottawa with his wife, Erin, and three children.
