Career: Patrick Pentland is known for being a member of the band, Sloan. Early life: Pentland was born in 1969 in Newtownards, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. He attended Sackville High and Millwood High, and later attended The University of King’s College to take a course in journalism. He finished his studies with a degree in history.
