Career:
Shannon Briggs is a former American professional boxer. He is best known for holding a world heavyweight championship twice as well as the WBO title. His success in boxing is due to his power in punching and aggression. He is also considered to have the fastest hands and best punching power of any opponent he ever fought. His unforgettable wins were against George Foreman, Ray Mercer, and Siarrhei Liakhovich. 

Early Life:
Shannon Briggs was born in Brooklyn in which he was homeless for sometime during his childhood. When he was 12, he was inspired by Mike Tyson and somehow changed his life. He then started training in boxing at the age of 17 in Brooklyn, New York.
