About Teemu Selanne
Teemu Selanne is a former professional ice hockey winger from Finland. With his extreme performance as a winger, he has been nicknamed the “Finnish Flash”. Teemu Selanne started his professional ice hockey career with the Jokerit of the SM-Liga in 1989-1990. He was also one of the favourite players in the National Hockey League. Over the years as an NHL player, Teemu Selanne was one of the players with the highest goals. He was also named one of the “100 Greatest NHL Players” in the history of ice hockey. In 2017, Teemu Selanne was elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame that made him the second Finn to be part of it. In addition to these, Teemu Selanne also was given various awards which made him a legend in the sport. Internationally, Teemu Selanne played in Olympic games as well as in World Championships.
